 Alpine Giant Slalom

6:45 – 7:30      Alpine Giant Slalom registration in the Main Lodge by the fire place: bibs, fees, running orders

7:30                 Alpine Coaches and officials meeting in Competition Center (Old Lodge)

7:45                 Lift opens for athletes

8:00                 Volunteer meeting in Competition Center (Old Lodge)

8:00-8:45         Course Inspection

8:45                 Course Closed

9:00                 Start of Alpine Giant Slalom Race – 2 runs (Girls, Boys, Girls, Boys)

Nordic Freestyle

11:15-12:15     Nordic Freestyle registration at Race Headquarters; bibs, fees, running order

12:15               Nordic coaches and officials meeting outside of Nordic Timing Building

1:15                 Nordic 3K Freestyle Girl’s Start – 15 second interval start

1:45                 Nordic 3K Freestyle Boy’s Start – 15 second interval start

Fees:                Alpine: $27.00/athlete - A signed “Liability Waiver” must be submitted for every athlete.

                        Nordic: $11.00/athlete

                        Make checks payable to Chisholm Ski Club

Bibs:                 Bibs are provided by Chisholm Ski Club

                        No racer is allowed on the race course or hill without bib visible.

Tickets:           All Athletes, coaches, race staff, volunteers, spectators must have ticket to ride lift or ski on trails.

Alpine - 8-athlete teams (8 men and 8 women maximum per event), plus athletes that are competing for skimeister only and are not part of the scoring team. Also, list 2 alternates. Please mark all skimeisters with “SM” and skimeister only with "SMO". Nordic - List the 8 scoring athletes first. Additions to the run orders are to be sent for Alpine and Nordic to Chisholm Ski Club at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (Bob Arsenault: 357-8844) by 8:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26th. Note: Teams may enter all their Nordic racers. Non-scoring athletes will ski at the end in a guest class.

Volunteers: Skiing volunteers will be issued a Lift Pass as needed.

Passes: Maximum of 3 coach Lift Passes will be issued per team. All non-participating athletes will be required to purchase a lift/trail ticket ($27/Alpine or $11/Nordic).

Wax rooms are not available.

Tailgating is not allowed in the Main Lodge. It is allowed in the parking lots.
Buses must park in the lower tier of the parking lot.

The lodge is not available after 3PM and all athletes must exit the lodge by 3PM.

Awards and location will be announced during the Nordic event.
